Egg-ceptional News
We found out about a year and a half ago that Eva is allergic to eggs and peanuts. We had a follow-up appointment this week and came home with some great news! Here allergy to egg has reduced significantly, so she can now have eggs in baked goods. I brought her home and gave her the first freshly baked cookie she's had in her entire life! She still can't have things like scrambled eggs or French toast, but this is such a big improvement. Unfortunately, her peanut allergy has increased. She will need to have her blood tested to see if we need to carry an EpiPen, but for now, we will enjoy introducing her to the world of refined, sugary baked goods!

That is so awesome! It opens up a whole new world of possibilities for you and Eva! My nephew is allergic to eggs/dairy and it totally limits things beyond anything I'd have imagined.
I'm happy to hear her egg allergy has lessened! Woo hoo!
